Coaching Mission

Irina’s mission is to teach how to live consciously and successfully, by serving others, in the power of unique radiant light.

It's a personal transformation in the body-minds of her students when they step off the mat in their life after the session, workshop or retreat and approach their world differently.

After running her private boutique studio ‘Yoga Private Space’ in Vienna, Austria where Irina had created many various transformations in the lives of her students, she continues her lifelong mission.

She is sharing her experiences and helping her students to reach their full soul potential.

It’s about the magical shift that is happening during yoga practice, workshops or in a individualized private session when her students exhale, open their eyes and smile.

My Story

Irina was introduced to classical Hatha Yoga in Moscow in her early teenage years in a contemporary Dance Theatre and it has been a lifesaver through the tough times at University. After a life threatening ski crash, Irina self-developed a therapeutic rehab-yoga-practice that helped her to walk, run, dance and stand on her head again.  After giving up her corporate management job she completed Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow 200 hrs certified Yoga Teacher Training in India.  Her 7 year meditation practice, intuitive energy healing and later on personal development tools and NLP helped her to establish a healthy balance between work, rest and play.

Irina’s spiritual studies from Vipassana centers, Zen monasteries, Yoga ashrams and Tantra retreats throughout the past years have taught her to discover the source of her own happiness, energy, joy and inner beauty.

Irina is currently giving workshops and retreats around the world, mentoring Yoga teachers at teacher trainings, speaking at international conferences and coaching selected private clients who impacting this world.
